Casa Serenita is a private and gated home located in the beachside community of Surfside, steps away from Potrero Beach!! It has a wide open floor plan, perfect for entertaining family and friends. It is equipped with a beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen, shower and bathroom. The home features a large outdoor living space to take full advantage of the amazing landscape and wildlife Costa Rica has to offer. Enjoy serene surroundings and don't forget to take a 3 minute stroll to the beach for sunset!

The space
This home is a perfect setup for couples traveling together or families. The living room doors completely open to allow for indoor/outdoor living and for direct access to our beautiful swimming pool! We offer an outdoor shower, bathroom and kitchen area to make enjoying the outdoors an ease.

Casa Serenita is within a very short walk to some of the best dining and bars in the area. There are beautiful beaches that are all within a 5 minute drive. (Playa Flamingo, Playa Prieta and Playa Penca)

There is a supermarket and a butcher shop up the block from our home. Perlas (restaurant & bar) and La Forketta (italian restaurant) are also one block up from our home.

Other things to note
Bedroom 4 is designed with 2 single beds, but can easily be turned into 1 single king bed at your request!
