Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Access codes or key pickup instructions will be provided on the day of your arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity listed for the property. All guests staying overnight must be included in the reservation. Unauthorized visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from Marquis Stays.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of neighboring properties and residents. Music and conversations should be kept indoors or at a low volume during quiet hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Marquis Stays properties. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available at select properties. If smoking occurs indoors, an additional deep-cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pet policies vary by property. Some properties welcome pets while others do not. If you plan to bring a pet, you must disclose this at the time of booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply for pet-friendly stays. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
There is no lifeguard on duty at any property. Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool or outdoor water features. Glass containers are not permitted in pool areas. Please clean up after use, return furniture to its original placement, and report any issues with pool equipment to our team.
Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances and equipment provided. Please clean up after each use, including washing dishes and wiping down countertops. Report any malfunctions or broken equipment to our team promptly so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
Please park only in designated parking areas. The number of available parking spaces varies by property and will be noted in your booking details. Marquis Stays is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked on or near the property.
We ask that all guests treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect. Any accidental damage should be reported to our team immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and may be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.
Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the listed occupancy are not permitted without prior written approval from Marquis Stays. Any illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
Trash and recycling bins are provided at each property. Please follow local waste disposal guidelines. Ensure all trash is placed in the appropriate bins and not left outside or in common areas. Your cooperation helps us maintain the beauty of the surrounding community.
Emergency contact information, including local emergency services and the Marquis Stays support team, will be provided at check-in. For urgent matters during your stay, please reach out to our team and we will respond promptly.
